Skalka ferrata + Kremnica Mining Town

Let’s go to the nature and climb some rocks. Skalka ferrata is an amazing adventure park in open nature with ferratas (iron paths) available for beginners to the most advanced climbers. You can walk through a bridge hanging 30 meters above the land. With its 78 meters it is also the longest hanging bridge in Slovakia. Not only the bridge offers stunning views, there is beautiful nature all around.

After the adrenalin on rocks we will move to Kremnica for late lunch. Lovely mining town settled on gold mines is considered the geographical centre of Europe. It offers a nice walk through its medieval centre, possibility to visit the oldest mint in the world that is still in operation, or to visit a mine. The mint was established in 1328 during the Kingdom of Hungary.

The mine or mint visit us up to you. In order to come back to Bratislava at around 19.00 we will still have an extra hour to either visit a spa town or one more natural attraction. I will tell you more on the way and you will decide.

  • Start: 6.30 (let me know if you would like to start earlier or later, but I recommend starting this trip early)
  • Pick up and return: your hotel (let me know if you would like to start somewhere else)
  • End: 18.00 – 19.00
  • Price: 70 eur/ per person (group of 3 pax)
  • Includes: driver/guide, equipment for climbing
  • Other prices apply for different group size. Please let me know in advance how large is your group and we will negotiate the exact price.

The tour is available during warmer seasons. There might be changes because of the weather and opening hours of sights. The exact itinerary will be agreed before the tour start. This is a full day tour, if you would like to do more, and return to Bratislava later, we can always add some extra activities.
